Guess Who's Back

Yankee fans beware. One of our worst enemies has returned to the game. The man has baffled us, putting us into angry fits and wondering what to do next. One thing that made this even worse was the fact that this man was always playing for our rivals. First the Red Sox and then the Mets. I think you know who I'm hinting at.

Pedro Martinez, the great Boston and New York Mets hurler has returned. Just as the Yankees were getting on a role. They are five and a half games ahead of the Red Sox after sweeping them. They've won two games in a row and have the best record in the league. But, good things never last for the Yankees. The day Pedro returns, Derek Jeter gets beamed by a pitch and injures his foot.

Jeter is the heart and soul of the Yankees. He holds them together like glue. Without him, the Yankees are just a bunch of overpaid juicers with no class. With him, they are the best, most respectful team in baseball. But that's all ruined now, because of Pedro. Didn't he do enough to us in this video.

Well, the truth is that Zimmerman came at him. But I'll take the Yankee view and look at it as Pedro harming a defenseless man. Pedro has been the anti-Jeter of baseball. Controversy has followed him everywhere, from his numerous beamed batters to the fights to the trash talk.

The truth is that I and all other Yankee fans hate Pedro because he is and amazing pitcher, probably one of the all-time best. He owned us. All we could do against him was put up our best pitcher and hope to have a tie going into the ninth. Then we took advantage of a Red Sox relief pitcher to win the game. At his best, the guy was unstoppable.

We had to use a cowardly strategy to beat him, and sometimes that wasn't even enough. However, we don't play the Phillies again this year and they're in the National League but Pedro has already made his mark and hurt us. He ruined Jeff Samardzija's coming out party.

Despise this man Bomber faithfuls. He has caused every single one of our problems for the past decade.

  2. Agreed, Pedro is working his Dominican voodoo on us. Let's hope we don't see him!
